Privacy notice
How Pervia handles data: no cookies, no tracking, only what the check needs.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Luca Montanari, Italy. Contact: pervia@hopholm.com.
What we process
The address you enter and the result of the check. We keep them in the server cache for ten minutes, so that a second check of the same page is instant, then we delete them.
Your IP address, only in the server memory and only to limit the number of checks in a short time. We do not store it.
The technical logs of Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which protect the site from attacks.
Why
To run the check you ask for and to protect the service from abuse: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
What we do not do
No cookies, no statistics tools, no advertising, no profiling. Pervia serves its own fonts: your browser does not contact Google or other third parties.
Who else sees the data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site as our processor. It may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The site you check
Pervia downloads the page you enter once and identifies itself as PerviaBot. It does not log in, fill in forms or follow links.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion and restriction, and you can object, by writing to pervia@hopholm.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
