The rules for using the free check of Pervia.
The service
Pervia offers a free automatic check of one web page against part of the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, the reference of the European standard EN 301 549.
Limits
An automatic check finds only part of the accessibility problems. The result is not a certification, legal advice or a guarantee of compliance with the European Accessibility Act or any other law.
Fair use
Check pages you own or are allowed to check. Do not use Pervia to overload a site, get around its blocks or collect its content. We limit the number of checks per person.
Liability
The service is free and provided as it is. Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the result. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
Applicable law
These terms follow Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence also apply.
